Paris was started in Winnipeg, but seeks inspiration abroad and enjoys bringing quality and unique design to our great city. The desire to establish a local, aesthetically inclined brand that stands for quality was the main factor for creating Paris developments. We believe our deep rooted experience in construction has helped tremendously in facilitating our vision and ensuring our clients are well taken care of from start to finish.
A boutique is by definition, “a small company that offers highly specialized services or products.” We appreciate all builders, but we find focusing on constructing only a handful of custom homes and projects at a time, thereby providing a higher standard of customer service to our clients to work best for us. For Paris, meeting and exceeding the clients expectations is of utmost importance.

Evan Roskosz is a full time real estate investor and founder of Paris Developments. Evan was born in Winnipeg and began flipping and investing in various real estate projects at the age of 22. After performing the majority of the work himself on his first few projects, he became quite familiar with residential construction, quality of acquisitions, project design, and Winnipeg’s real estate market. As he began taking on more and more projects and had less time to tend to construction duties, he began outsourcing workmanship and shifted focus towards acquiring deals, communicating with city officials, managing projects and encouraging responsible infill development. As of today, Evan and his team members have successfully facilitated over 70 real estate projects, finding his niche and passion in custom infill development. When Evan isn’t tending to acquisitions, current projects or sourcing future opportunity, you can find Evan on the golf course in the summertime or lending a hand to friends and family.
Natalie Hrechkosy is the project manager for Paris Developments. Natalie was born in Winnipeg, MB and comes from a hockey family. Having family members who have played in the NHL, she comes by her competitive nature honestly. Natalie attended post secondary school at Red River and continued on to the University of Winnipeg where she completed her degree is Developmental studies. Natalie was quickly introduced to the world of real estate investing where she started as a project supervisor and naturally found her way into project management. Fast forwarding to today, Nat has successfully overseen and facilitated the completion of various real estate projects by deploying problem solving techniques. As an example, she solved for daunting bookkeeping duties related to project management by creating and following an efficient bookkeeping system tailored to our program. This saved herself and the Paris team quality time that we were able to re-invest into other parts of the company.
